The Project
Simon reached out to me through my website, looking for a more cost-effective and manageable alternative to GoDaddy’s page builder. He wanted a solution that would give him greater control over his site while improving its performance and long-term viability.
I recommended rebuilding the site from the ground up on WordPress with a bespoke theme, ensuring enhanced security, speed, and SEO benefits.
Simon had designed his existing site himself and was happy with its overall aesthetic, but he wanted professional input to elevate the design. We decided to retain the existing color scheme, typography, and layout while refining the details to create a more polished, professional look.
Michael is an absolute professional. His attention to detail inspires confidence at every stage, and he was extremely patient in helping me achieve the look and performance I wanted from my website redesign.

The Result
I developed a custom WordPress theme, staying true to Simon’s original design aesthetics while introducing new layout options through a bespoke page builder. These included galleries, image popups, additional colour choices, and refined typography, all enhancing the site’s visual appeal and usability.
To improve search visibility, I implemented on-page SEO for each page, focusing on strategic keywords to maximize organic reach.
The site was then deployed to a high-performance, security-optimised server, ensuring fast load times and reliability. I also handled the migration of Simon’s email to the new host, ensuring a smooth transition.
