- 2 Detailed report + action plan You'll receive a comprehensive written report outlining short-term fixes, medium-term improvements, and long-term strategies. It's prioritised, actionable, and easy to follow.
- 3 Follow-up call (after one month) We'll have a 30-minute check-in one month later to review your progress, answer any new questions, and help you stay on track.

The review costs £150. This includes the initial 60-minute video call, the action plan and report and our follow-up call one month later.
It’s a thorough consultation that reviews your site’s design, performance, SEO, user experience, accessibility and more. You’ll receive a clear report and step-by-step action plan to help you improve your website.
I specialise in WordPress websites, but the review principles (performance, SEO, user experience, accessibility) apply to most modern platforms, including Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and custom-built sites. Let me know your platform before booking, and I’ll confirm if I can help.
The initial video call is 60 minutes, with the report delivered within 5–7 business days. The follow-up call is scheduled one month later.
Not usually. I can perform most of the audit by viewing your site as a visitor would. If deeper technical issues arise (e.g., server speed, CMS settings), I may request temporary admin access with your permission.
Not as part of this package – it’s a review and strategy service. Ideally, I’ll be able to empower you to implement fixes for the majority of problems. But, if you’re not comfortable doing this, I’m happy to quote separately and do this for you.
Absolutely. The action plan is yours to keep. You can take it to any developer or agency you trust.
I’ll help you set realistic goals and give you the tools to improve your site’s performance. If you follow the action plan, you should start seeing positive results. We’ll review progress during the follow-up call and adjust if needed.
